I started working at Yoast in May 2022 as partner manager as part of the partnerships team. That means I’m responsible for setting up and maintaining commercial relationships with all kinds of companies within and outside of the WordPress ecosystem. I have been in the online business since 1998 ranging from building HTML to PHP websites. In 2004 I moved into online marketing and over the years I acquired knowledge in SEO, SEA, Analytics, CRO, UX, and WordPress. In 2012 I started my own online marketing agency where I helped my clients to create more results with their online channels. I got to know the Yoast SEO plugin and the team around 2014 and in 2022 this resulted in me joining the team as a partner manager.
