At this time, you can only create one Zap.
Yes. You could create many draft Zaps and then switch between them by disabling and enabling as needed.
The feature is expected to work with custom post types, posts, and pages. It does not work with taxonomies or attachment pages.
Yes. However, Zapier may tell you it can’t find a post when you test the trigger. That is expected. You should skip the test and complete the rest of the action.
No. Once the configuration is set-up, only those newly published posts are expected to work.
No. When you publish a post type on your site, no matter what kind it is, the Zapier action is applied to it.

When you use the clone or new draft features, it is expected to work. However, if you use the rewrite and republish feature, it will not send a Zap.
No. Previously published posts that revert to draft status and then get republished will not have a Zap sent out.
