We at Yoast want you to be completely happy with any product or service you buy from us. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please let us know. Responses to your purchase email will automatically land in our inbox.
Refunds for plugins / tools
If you decide your purchase of a plugin was not the right decision, we want to make things right. Within 30 days of any purchase, Yoast will refund the full price you paid upon request. Simply contact us by completing a short refund form and let us know you’d like a refund, with a clear explanation of why you’re not happy. No refunds are provided after 30 days.
Refunds for SEO courses
When you purchase one of our SEO courses and are unable to follow the course due to technical issues, we will refund you. If you’ve gone into the course and have completed sections, we will no longer offer a refund. However: if you’re not happy, please email us, we would love to know how we can improve. Simply replying to your purchase email is sufficient.
Refunds for our services
If you purchased a Yoast SEO configuration and you consider the service not worth its money, we would love to talk to you about that. We consider our services a bargain and value good feedback. While it remains at Yoast’s discretion to grant a refund, we will work hard to make you happy.
Refunds for subscriptions
When you purchase one of our specific subscriptions:
- Yoast plugin subscription,
- Yoast training subscription, or
- Yoast plugin & training subscription
the regular refunds as described on this page don’t apply. You can cancel these subscriptions anytime in MyYoast with effect at the end of the then-current term.
Refunds for YoastCon
Refunds are possible up to 2 weeks before YoastCon. We do not process refunds after the conference. In case of cancellation on the day itself or in case of a no-show, there will be no refund of payments. Notice of cancellation must be given via email: email@example.com.
You can also transfer your ticket to another person up until 2 days before the event. Again, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have purchased a one-day ticket instead of a ticket for the full event, and want to switch the day that you’ll be attending, you can only do so via an email to the same email address email@example.com. Changing your ticket isn’t allowed after the 23th of January 2019.
