How to enable the Inclusive language analysis in Yoast SEO

As of Yoast SEO 20.0, the settings interface inside our plugins has received a major overhaul. Please update to the latest version of Yoast SEO if your plugin does not look like the screenshots you encounter in our Help center.

Language and society are constantly evolving. How we talk to each other today differs from ten or even five years ago. That’s why Yoast SEO keeps on evolving as well. Our newest addition (in beta) is an inclusive language analysis. It’s an opt-in for people who want to write in an inclusive way. It checks your content for words that may be offensive to some people and gives you pointers on how to edit those words.

Note: The inclusive language analysis is in beta
The inclusive language analysis is opt-in, so it won’t be activated by default. You can use it if you want to write inclusive content for your audience. The SEO and the Readability analysis won’t change if you choose not to use this new feature. Would you like to share feedback about the inclusive language analysis? Let us know what you think!
