How to disable the ‘Insights’ feature

In the Insights tab, you’ll find useful insights into your content, like the Flesch reading ease score, word count, reading time, and the prominent words feature (Yoast SEO Premium). This feature is enabled by default. Follow the steps below to disable or enable the feature.

1. Log in to your WordPress website.

   When you’re logged in, you will be in your ‘Dashboard’.

2. Click on ‘Yoast SEO’.

   On the left-hand side, you will see a menu. In that menu, click on ‘Yoast SEO’.
   

3. Click on ‘Settings’.

   The ‘Yoast SEO’ settings will expand, providing you with additional options. Click on ‘Settings’.
   

4. Toggle the ‘Insights’ switch.

   You’ll automatically be on the ‘Site features’ settings in Yoast SEO. Here, find the ‘Insights’ box. You can enable and disable the feature using the switch at the bottom of the box.
   

5. Click ‘Save changes’.
