How to manage your Yoast SEO subscription for Shopify

Yoast SEO for Shopify helps search engines understand your store. You get real-time SEO and readability analysis, structured data that improves your chances of rich results, and control over how your pages appear in search results and on social media. If you have Yoast SEO AI+ for Shopify, you can also use Yoast AI Brand Insights to see how AI platforms describe your brand.

You can choose between Yoast SEO for Shopify and Yoast SEO AI+ for Shopify. Yoast SEO AI+ for Shopify includes everything in Yoast SEO for Shopify, plus Yoast AI Brand Insights. To pick a plan when you install the app, see How to choose your plan.

Yes, both plans come with a 14-day free trial. After your trial ends, you pay for the plan and billing cycle you chose, monthly or annually. For current prices, see Yoast SEO in the Shopify App Store.

You can use the app on one store per subscription.

No. After your trial, your subscription renews automatically, monthly or annually, until you cancel it.

You can move between Yoast SEO for Shopify and Yoast SEO AI+ for Shopify from the Yoast SEO app. Follow the steps in How to change your plan.

You can check your invoice by going to your Shopify Settings and selecting Billing. Shopify also explains subscriptions, billing cycles and app billing cycles.

When you sign up for the trial, you’ll get an email inviting you to activate your MyYoast account. Once it’s active, you can go to the Yoast SEO Academy directly, or find it in your MyYoast account under Academy. If you have Yoast SEO AI+ for Shopify, you also use your MyYoast account for Yoast AI Brand Insights.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You must also uninstall Yoast SEO for Shopify correctly to complete the cancellation process.
