The Marketing Operations Manager will optimize our marketing processes, manage our marketing technology stack, analyze marketing data, and coordinate marketing projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing operations, team management experience and the ability to drive data-based decision-making.

You are an experienced Marketing Operations Manager with an eye for continuous improvement and a deep understanding of efficiently organizing the Marketing department.

You have eye for detail and strong organizational and communication skills. One of your main treats is that you’re proactive and see opportunities to improve everywhere.
What are we looking for
What are your skills?
- Process optimization: Streamline and optimize marketing processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance marketing operations.
- Campaign management: take the lead in managing marketing campaigns. Setting deadlines together with the team and making sure we get to them. Set-up KPI’s and report back.
- Marketing analytics and reporting: Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, email performance, and campaign ROI together with our digital marketing analyst. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including marketing managers and executives.
- Marketing project coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing projects, such as product launches, events, content creation, and marketing collateral development. Ensure cross-functional collaboration and timely project delivery.
- Ensure and drive collaboration with sister companies.
- Vendor management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with marketing technology vendors and service providers. Manage contracts, monitor performance, and provide recommendations for new tools or services that can enhance marketing operations.
- Team management: manage a small team of professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
