What to do if your organization is tax exempt

If your organization is tax-exempt and you are a new customer, please follow these steps:

  1. Create a MyYoast account

    Please create an account for your organization. This account will be used for all future purchases and to manage your plugin subscriptions.

  2. Email our support team

    Please email us at support@yoast.com from the email address you used to create your account. In the subject line, write “tax exemption.” Please include your organization’s legal name and EIN number so we can validate your status. Once we’ve done this, we’ll flag your account so all future purchases are tax-exempt.

  3. Make your purchase

    Once we’ve validated your tax-exempt status, you can then buy from us tax-free!

If you’re already a customer

If you have already made a purchase, please log in to your MyYoast account. Click the help button in the lower right corner to contact our support team. Be sure to provide all the necessary information to validate your tax exemption, such as your organization’s legal name and EIN number. Once we’ve validated your status, we’ll email you and refund any sales tax you may have paid.
