I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, specializing in Applied Linguistics, in 2018. Later that year, I started my career as a Customer Service Representative II, where I developed my customer service skills.

My passion for providing excellent customer service has driven me to exceed customer expectations, to go the extra mile to meet their needs and to leave a positive impact.

I became a website consultant in 2022 and was one of the pioneering specialists on the WordPress Live Support Team, where I honed my technical and creative skills.

Over time, I’ve gained the knowledge and skills needed, which inspired me to dive deeper into SEO and to be part of Yoast’s Support Engineer Team.

In my personal time, aside from spending time with my family, I enjoy watching sunrises and sunsets, pink skies, and any green scenery that brings a sense of tranquility.
