Hello! I'm Noel, a Support Engineer at Yoast. With a background in Customer Service and Technical Support at several BPO companies.

I worked at Pro Design Live (formerly WordPress Live), where I honed my skills in WordPress and website management.

I’m passionate about ensuring customer success by delivering top-notch service and am thrilled to work with the talented team at Yoast.

Outside of work, I strive for a work-life balance by spending quality time with my wife and our 3-year-old son, often visiting the beach, pool, or the mall.

I also enjoy reading detective, horror, sci-fi, and fantasy books. My favorites includes Agatha Christie, David and Leigh Eddings, Jim Butcher, and Benedict Jacka.
