Resize in WebKit!

So in the latest WebKit nightlies we have a new CSS3 feature: resize. It allows resizing of any box, very useful for textarea’s and other cool stuff. Ofcourse i immediatly added a page on it in my CSS3 Preview section.

Omniweb 5.5 in public beta!

According to Hicksdesign, Omniweb 5.5 has gone in public beta. You need to register in the Omniweb public forums, and then view this thread for download info. I will try it tonight, but it apparently has quite a new WebKit, since it includes the Web Inspector, as well as stylable buttons. Very nicely done by »

Last evening Mark Rowe and myself posted an appeal to the webkit-dev mailing list, asking for opinions on our plan for a WebKit Community Release. Our intention is to make a stable version of the current WebKit tree, especially aimed at bundling with other applications. Applications like Macromedia Contribute, Sandvox, CSS Edit, Xyle Scope and lots of others use the WebKit that is bundled with Mac OS X, while they may want more from their application then the system bundled WebKit can offer.
