Thanks to Yoast’s WordPress loving sponsors
I wanted to say thanks to Yoast's sponsors, for enabling me to continue to provide you with WordPress tips and tricks, and to allow me to work on some cool stuff that I'll be able to announce soon!
Advertise on Yoast, and get to that WordPress crowd
This blog has a very engaged crowd of readers, who are very active with their blogs and sites. Thousands of them will see your ad each day, thousands of WordPress and Magento loving, smart readers, who know or want to learn about SEO, speed optimization and more.
Currently our sponsors are (see their ads on the right hand side):
As you can see, there's only 7 right now, which means, indeed, that we've got one open spot! Buying an ad on yoast.com is easy as can be, thanks to Todd Garland and his wonderful team at BuySellAds. You can buy an ad directly through this link, or contact them for a proposal.
Starting next month, I'll do a monthly post highlighting our sponsors to thank them for their sponsorships, it really is the only way to keep this site up and running!
Update: within 90 minutes of publishing this post, Raven Internet Marketing Tools bought an ad, thanks guys, much appreciated!

I was interested in advertising, but somebody beat me to it. Anyway, looking at your blog's impressive statistics, I was curious to see how WebSiteGrader.com would rank your site. I was surprised to see that there seems to be (according to Websitegrader) several things your could easily do to get your site even higher. Or perhaps you chose to ignore those things because you know they may be irrelevant? I'd love to read your comment on this.

That is great and you deserve it for all the great plugins, helpful blog topics, and contributing in general to the WordPress community.

Every time I create a networking blog, wordpress is my preferred host. It really helped me in making my site more even popular than making a time consuming unpredictable seo approach.

Good stuff. I agree with Neal, but everytime I open a networking blog I pretty much follow everything Joost says to do.

It's very refreshing to see your appreciation. I'll make a quick shout-out for Site5. I've been on they're shared hosting for about 5 years now and have been very happy with their prices and support. Things rarely go wrong with my server, and if they do, it is promptly fixed. Their support is great! I ask some really dumb noob questions sometimes and their quickly answered with courtesy.
