Improvements over default Google code:

- enter your FriendConnect ID
- disable the CSS that is loaded with the plugin
- moved all the code to external files to clean up the header section
- made sure the scripts aren't loaded when the user is already logged in as a non friendconnect user
- made sure the scripts aren't loaded when there is no FriendConnect ID set in the backend
- redirect properly after login when registration is required
