WordPress version detection
Sometimes you're browsing around and wondering whether a blog is a WordPress or not (at least I am)... So I created a small script that detects that, and show the version of the WordPress as well. A useful tool for all you blackhats out there too perhaps?
Go grab the Show WordPress version Greasemonkey script!
Update: as requested by Dave Davis in the comments, I've added trackback functionality detection as well. This will also work on non-WordPress blogs.

Super! I love your GM scripts Joost. Always handy to know. Now if it could tell without having to dig too deep if it accepted trackbacks/pings, that would be great too.
Another fantastic job mate.

Hi Joost, I was search around looking for a way to detect if a site was WP or not and found you.
Unfortunately I am getting a "ooops!" page not found error.
Are you still making the script available? If not, any of tool suggestions?
Thanks!

Joost never mind my list comment, I found the script on your site here: http://yoast.com/tools/seo/greasemonkey/show-wordpress-version/
Thanks!

Thanks a lot Ray, I've added a redirect for that so now the original URL should get you to the right post straight away. Thanks for pointing out the error!!
