I've already put it to use but may need to modify it even more. Couple of things which I'm surprised about (or maybe I missed it) is that whether you have captions or not depends on the caption field being complete, but then the "alt text" is blank without captions. I used it once and everything works exactly as they said. If you have a them that requires Custom Fields, you are still going to have to go back and edit those in.
