Press This updates

Press ThisSo since I haven't gone as far as adding the Press This podcast straight into my feed (I think I will though, if you have a problem with that, I'd love for you to let me know in the comments), I wanted to give you an update here on the recent shows.

There have been three guest on three different shows:

I'm very pleased with how Press This is doing, but I'd like to improve it even more and thus would love to hear your feedback in the comments if you have listened to any of them. Also, if you haven't listened, let me know why not!

  1. My only problem with the show is the annoying intro and going to commercial voice. Can understand the need for commercials but the voice the voice. It really bugs me lol.

  2. The Intro is so cool. Everyone has different taste. The show is just the best. Keep it up yoast!

  3. Joost, are you planning on making the podcasts available thru itunes?
    thanks

  4. Enjoyed each one. Maybe the guests could get a list of the questions before hand, to prep some more?

And maybe a recap at the end?

  5. Joost,

I just want to say as a regular user of your plugins like Sociable and Blog Metrics, the interview with Avinash was tremendous! Truly, I don't think I have ever learned so much about metrics and their importance in an hour. Keep those type of strong guests coming and I will surely keep tuning in...Thanks again for your work!

  6. I'm really enjoying Press This, and I agree with Brandon that I learned a lot of great metrics info from Avinash's interview.
I don't mind the intro or commercial breaks - I'm glad you have good sponsors.

May I suggest Mark Jaquith as a guest soon, as he's heavily involved in the next wave of Media changes with WP. Hopefully, the Dev team will re-work how we store photos and uploads in the future.

    Keep Press This coming!

  7. What was the WordPress plugin that Avinash mentioned for tracking search terms? I cannot find a searchmetrics plugin.
    thanks!

  8. Joost, thanks for the link. I have installed it and I am curious to see it in action.
    Keep up the great podcasts!
